Gary Fein is the Chief Executive Officer at Kentwood Preparatory School. He oversees a comprehensive component of the Kentwood program that encompasses Business, Education, Social Skills and Behaviors. He earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration - being educated at Nova Southeastern University, Florida Atlantic University and Columbia University. After a successful career developing both day and boarding schools, day and overnight summer camp programs; and mental health, residential and day treatment centers for children and adolescents; Mr. Fein played an integral role in the founding of Kentwood Preparatory School.
In addition to his university program classes and experiential learning in Education and Curriculum Development, Mr. Fein has also been educated via courses in Attention Deficit Disorder, Aspergers Syndrome, Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Medication Management, Social Skills Training, Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
Mr. Fein has served on the Nova Southeastern University Grade Appeals Board and was a Board Member of the Florida Independent Schools Association. He was also a consultant and advisor for a sexual abuse awareness/advocacy group and has received various awards for work with "special needs" children. His experience in Behavioral Systems, Social Skills Integration, Home Management, Classroom Management and Parent Training has led to guest appearances on radio and television as well as him lecturing at Parent Support Groups, Parental Training Courses and various other workshops and seminars.
